How comfortable is it to sleep on

Your EasySleeper might feel unusual when you first use it. It’s a change. But once you experience a few nights in the firm, gentle embrace of your EasySleeper, you’ll never be able to go back to the old way.
(To ease the transition, you might want to use your EasySleeper for just a few hours each night in the beginning. This way your body can slowly get used to the new way of sleeping.)
How do I use it
The EasySleeper should be used alone - without any other pillow below or above it.
- Back sleepers -place your head onto the concave dip
- Side sleepers - use the lateral raised sides of the pillow. Your shoulder should fit snugly in the space underneath.

After suffering with chronic neck and shoulder pains for years and having tried almost every kind of pillow known to man I was rather sceptical about the claims that sleep easy we’re making. Plus it wasn’t a cheap option. But as the pain was steadily increasing and I was waking almost every morning still feeling tired and with pain in my neck and shoulders and a headache I thought that I had nothing to lose. Getting used to the shape took me a few nights but I persevered and now I wouldn’t go back to using an ordinary pillow. My neck and shoulder pain (although not gone entirely) has considerably reduced. I am also waking with no headache, feeling refreshed. I wished I’d bought this pillow when I first saw it advertised. I would encourage everyone suffering with pain and sleepless nights to give this pillow a try. I’m sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

This has made such a difference to my life! I’ve gone from waking anywhere between 2 and 4am every night in hot sweats with bad headaches to sleeping all night without waking up once! Perfect for side sleepers too, but wherever I put my head on this pillow is comfy, I have a bad neck and it’s so supportive. How to wash the pillow and it's cases
The EasySleeper’s cover has a high-quality zipper that opens easily. The cover comes out of the wash looking fresh and new. (Do not wash the actual pillow, as this can damage the foam.)
